Well, not really. I just like the color black and occasionally channeling my inner Wednesday Addams.
My family and I visited Tahoe for the first time in years. I actually got to experience real winter weather but I sure as hell do not know how to properly dress for it.
Happy New Year!

This skirt is very Alexander Wang-y and sort of matches too much with the top but it's a perfect combination for a meeting: trendy yet not experimental. I'm also obsessed with quilted leather--it's a unique accent on this otherwise plain coat.

The lovely girls (who happen to be sisters) at Weekend Riches were kind enough to send me two tees from their last collection. They're currently launching a new collection that's under wraps so stay tuned and follow them on Instagram @weekendriches !
I like these tees because they fit right into my current wardrobe. They're totally street style friendly.

As of late, I've been wearing whatever is convenient and comfortable. Surprising, I know. It's just that time of the year with classes and what not. I'm so ready for the semester to be over, my goodness.
This UNIF dress doesn't have much shape so I use it as a sort of kimono instead.
I'm really loving all of the Civil Clothing pieces from their fall collection and I was lucky enough to be sent some pieces from their new collection, "Dare to Be Different" which is going to be released on December 2nd. Their muscle tees are simple and effortless. You can throw one on before running out the door and you're rep-ing an awesome brand.
If you’re in Los Angeles on November 30th, head to the Civil Clothing Warehouse Sale.

Obsessed with this punk-esque Yeezus shirt designed by Kanye West.
Surprisingly, I really like Kendall and Kylie Jenner's PacSun collection. Kylie's style is right up my alley. I bought this shirt after I saw a photo of her donning a similar one.

2013: unicorn Pegasus hybrid
I have a problem, I know.
I wore a regular white crop top and skirt. I bedazzled the tutu and myself (with eyelash glue).
I'm finally starting to wear trendy clothing to class again. I had been wearing the same black leggings, black sweatshirt, and black nike frees for a few weeks (midterms=hell). But it was worth it because I did a solid job on all my tests. Now I'm just trying to get back into my natural habitat...including, eating healthier. I have been stress eating Rasinets like crazy. It's an issue. I feel like in college, you can either be social and studious but not healthy or healthy and studious but not social and yeah you get the picture... balance is something I'm struggling with.
I love Winston but raising a puppy is not what I thought it would be at all... I guess I chose the most needy breed of all, Yorkshire Terriers. He literally follows me everywhere and by follow, I mean FOLLOW. Like I have to watch my footsteps so I don't step on the little guy. I got him just last week at 8 weeks old so he's teething and has decided that biting my toes, socks, fingers and clothes is his thing... It was cute at first but now he's leaving marks. He also doesn't like any of his toys. He was potty trained for like two days and now he just goes wherever. He also doesn't bark. He whimpers, shrieks and cries at 4 am. Or when I leave him in his crate. I feel like I'm a mother, dear lord. It's a good thing he's cute because this sh*t is hard.

Wow. I cannot believe I have been rambling on this blog for four years now. I never expected it to last this long or bring me as many opportunities as it has: Nordstrom fashion board, Claire's style blogging, modeling, writing for Teen Vogue, internships and writing for the Daily Trojan at USC. This blog is a collection of photos that have documented me growing up. From my house, to my dorm and now my apartment, I've been posting these OOTDs for four years. Insane.
Cheers to many more!

Internship outfit this past friday.
Tomorrow marks the beginning of the eighth week of school. After that, nine more weeks. I've already started the countdown because I cannot wait to finish this semester and start doing classes that apply to my major. Halle-fricken-lujah.

Naturally, midterms are consuming my life. I finally declared a major (double major): economics and creative writing. I believe that combination covers all of my bases (look at me using baseball colloquialisms!) in terms of my interests and strengths. I find it so strange that you're expected to choose a major right out of high school. You haven't even been given the chance to explore. I have taken some GEs here at USC that have immensely impacted my views and opinions. If someone told me two years ago that I was going to major in creative writing, I would not have believed them.
In other news, Bangerz is such an amazing album I can't even deal. I have been listening to it non stop. Miley was phenomenal on SNL this past weekend as well.

I'm obsessed with Civil Regime's fall collection. They were kind enough to send me some pieces that have integrated into my wardrobe fabulously. Hats usually aren't my thing but I'm really liking this snapback. This top reminds me of Givenchy's iconic angry dog tee which makes it all the more awesome.
Plaid is a fall staple and extremely easy to style. It's a great print to mix with grunge-y pieces.
Be on the lookout for more Civil Regime looks!

These shoes are uncomfortable pieces of shit. I haven't worn them anywhere and I've had them since May. I don't understand how bloggers wear platformless shoes aka the ever so popular Zara ones. Walking is a struggle in those.
I'm obsessed with this dress. I love the jersey style goin' on (shirts, dresses, mesh tops, etc). I wanted almost all of the pieces in the Rihanna for River Island collection; it was so on point.
